ONION- It is good for indigestion, kidney problems, high blood pressure and as an antiseptic. To make a
cold extract, soak a chopped onion in 1 cup of water for 24 hours. Drink 1/2 cup a day. Or make a
decoction by simmering a chopped onion in a cup of water. Then take in 1 teaspoon doses 3-4 times a
day. Also you may add it to honey for hoarseness or coughs.
