They'll need the latest patch, to get all of them to work.

Edit the file Z.CFG in the main daggerfall directory (i.e. %;\dagger)
add the line CHEATMODE 1 to the end.  
during the game press any of these keys to....

1 to Maxspeed to 1200 (6x).
CTRL - F1 to Activate all maps on the fast travel map.
CTRL - F4 to Activate invulnerable mode.
ALT - F11 to Exit the void.
[ ] to Move to quest locations.  WARNING! if your not careful you'll
teleport into   monsters. 
- to Increase your reputation.
= to Increase your skills .

I learned this trick after many unsuccessful shoplifting attempts. Walk into a store when it is open and continue to loiter around until it is closed. The shopkeeper will still remain but when you reload the game after saving he will be gone. Now since you didn't break in you won't be arrested when stealing things, so pick up a wagon, horse and the best items and weapons you can get without fear of being arrested.

P.S. I have been caught before, but so infrequently it isn't really a threat and almost impossible to tell when you can get caught.
