The women's traditional consists of two main catagories which are Northern Traditional and Southern Traditional both of these catagories are either cloth or buckskin. This dance style is the most graceful dance in all dance catigories. Long ago women would stand around the arena and dance stationary while the men would dance in a clock-wise rotation. Or stand around the drummers and sing behind them in a high pitch tone.
