Welcome back to NESpresso, one of the few old NSider sites that just refuse to die. You've read right! I refuse to let this site die, even though the site may go dormant for some time. Enough about the history of the site, lets get back to the present.

There's not much that has been added in this update. I've been working on moving the articles from the old & debunked N-Files Blogger (which will be deleted from the web in about a week or two) & posting them in my Random Thoughts area. You can see the first N-File that I've worked many minutes (around 30 minutes of actual work) back in like 1998 (I can't remember exactly when) to come up with a pretty solid theory. If you're interested in reading it (which cheesy pictures), check out my "L is Real 2041" Theory.

My other theory, which has taken a little more time to create (which may not be as solid) will be added to the site within the next week. I just need time to rewrite the theory to make it a little more solid. However, if there's any mysterious thing in any Nintendo Game, feel free to contact me with pictures (I may not have the game on hand) & I'll try to crank out a reasonable theory. Just give me time to look at the evidence before I create my theory.

In a bit of sad news, I had to remove LH Lives from the Affliliates Listing (but not from the links page) because the site just doesn't seem to exist any more upon a random visit to the site. I'll check with the webmaster (Cat) to see if the site was moved or it was just given up on. Sugarcrave is still alive, despite a little jealosy towards Kattixie (it's her excellent graphics that make her website look effortless). The LH Lounge will be readded to the affiliates list as well as a few of the old websites that were previously affiliates of NESpresso.

Sorry that there isn't really anything newsworthy this week, but I should remind all Windows users (Mac & Linux users may not need to do this, but it wouldn't hurt) to perform some monthly computer maintainance. The basic maintainance that everybody should do at least once a month should include:

  1. A Manual Virus Scan
  2. A Manual Spyware Scan
  3. A run of scandisk (Norton Disc Doctor)
  4. Run of the Disk Defragmenter (Speed Disc)

A more advanced maintainance system would need something like Norton Systemworks to include other useful tools like:

  1. (Norton) System Check -- To find & fix potential problems on your system before it becomes serious.
  2. (Norton) Optimization Wizard -- To tweak your system boot up programs faster.

Doing this at least once a month will give your computer a little pick-up that you'll like. You can do this more often, but that can be more of a pain. I'll C'ya Latte!
