VISION STATEMENT

To empower men to determine their destiny through the understanding of GOD's purpose of creation and the application of these principles to their lives.

Jeshurun Bible Research and Publications is a non-profit organization, dedicated to Bible research. It was founded in 1993 by Bro. Michael Augustus as a Bible Study Group which sought answers to controversial questions. Its purpose for existence is to know the mind of God, to understand his purpose for creation through diligent study of the word and to motivate mankind to the fulfillment of Yahweh's purpose, through Jesus Christ. 2 Tim 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (KJV)
Jeshurun is founded on the principle, which says, to know the mind of God, one must search that which he has (allowed to be) written. This is why Jesus said in John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.(KJV) And the prophet wrote in Isa 34:16 Seek ye out of the book of Jehovah, and read: ...(ASV)
OUR CREED We believe that Yahweh (GOD) has extended his gift of salvation to us through his Son. We access this grace through faith. Paul writes in Eph 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)(KJV) To be delivered from that state of spiritual decay which has separated us from God, one must be born again. John 3:3-5 In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." 4 "How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!" 5 Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. (NIV)	UNDERSTANDING THE TIMES This is a time when Western society is dying in its decadence. The Church has become an impotent, ineffective entity. The strong moral fabric that it was once made up of is no longer there. Sin is now determined by societal values. There is a need for reformation. The Church needs to re-assess its current position. There is a cry for change. There is a need to re-introduce godly values. It is extremely necessary to resist the western mores, which seeks to redefine gender roles in the family and in the church. If this is not done then there will be a total collapse of the world system. We are heading for total chaos. The ANTROPOS 2000 MISSION The ANTROPOS 2000 project is a Bible based response to the crisis that has overtaken western society. It is founded on the premise that after Yahweh created man He wrote the manual in which He laid down the specifications for proper functioning. Obviously when things go wrong we need to go back to the manual !!!
