Stage Select
At the title screen when "Tails" blinks his eye once, then in quick succession a second and third time. To preform the code point the D-pad towards the Down/Left possition and hold it there while you press and hold buttons 1 and 2. Then press Start when he binks his eye for the third time. If done correctly you'll have the stage select screen.
