The Fixer

The Fixer is shadowy figure: charming, easy to talk to - and totally determined to claw his way to the top. While never unpleasant or abrasive, he is nevertheless determined to be in charge of every situation. He uses information the way other people use bullets and has the reputation of knowing everything about everybody. While he has little combat experience, and indeed, avoids physically dangerous situations as much as possible, he works out regularly and keeps his body as well honed as his mind. It's easy to underestimate him in this regard as well.
