Angelkiller ("Ange" to her very small number of friends) is one of the 'Zone's more successful street sams. Like many street sams, she tends to work pretty much exclusively in the 'Zone and occasionally out of town. This has become rarer over the last few years - she dislikes leaving her sanctuary except to work, and since a little disagreement with NYPD, Inc a few years ago is unwilling to go into Neo York unless she really has to. AngelKiller started life as a street brat, running with the gangs and struggling simply to stay alive. By the time she was 12, she was well accustomed to dealing in murder, drugs and prostitution. But AngelKiller had a burning desire to do better than that. Whatever money she could get went into what she saw as the only way off the streets - first guns, then cyberware. At nearly 30, she has had her entire body more or less rebuilt three times - adding more cyber, then removing the old and upgrading it. She has even had a substantial portion of her limbic brain removed, replacing it with a cranial computer that provides her with access to whatever information she needs. She has capitalised on this by becoming an information broker. If you need to hire some muscle, or contact a specific street sam, AngelKiller is the person to go to. She keeps track of who's working for who, who's hunting who (and for how much),who's for sale (for what) and any other information she feels she can sell. A well kept secret (even from her friends) is that she relies almost entirely on the computer to provide her information - the brain surgery she has had has damaged much of her memory. When chatting with acquaintances, she is always careful to load all the background information she has on them into the computer - and to update their records frequently - giving her the reputation of having an enormous capacity for information.

However, the years are starting to catch up with AngelKiller. The frequent cyber upgrades have, inevitably, started to conflict. Although she moves with the fluid grace that marks the high grade cybered, a perceptive observer might notice the occasional twitch or too-rapid movement that denotes a system wound too tight, for too long. In addition, her frequent use of adrenal boosters has accelerated this process, and bought on an increasing instability in her personality as well. AngelKiller is smart enough to recognise the signs, although she will not discuss it and bringing the subject up will only enrage her. This is part of what has pushed her into information-broking. She will do anything - no matter how dangerous or distasteful - to get money. AngelKiller has gotten off the streets and she will use - and use up - anything and anybody to stay there.

 

Appearance

AngelKiller is slightly above average height (about 1.8M) with pale skin, and long, bouffant blue hair. She keeps herself in top physical shape, although her cyberware bulks out her figure somewhat. With large bright blue eyes (contact lenses on the cyber eyes) and her characteristic ice-blue lipstick, she cuts a distinctive figure and knows it. She keeps her hair long and lustrous, at least partially to mask the bulge of the cybergear at the back of her head. At ease, she normally dresses in sweeping gowns (synthisilk or similar), which hides her cyber. On the street, she wears black amourcloth fatigues, which are ridged and padded to hide her dermal plating as much as possible, topped off with a polished black clamshell cuirass and helmet. Her standard armament is a pair of smartlinked sliverguns. Many Street sams disdain them since they lack stopping power. AngelKiller is good enough that as she says - "Doesn't matter if they don't stop - long's they're dead."
