Unit | Cost | Points | Cost/Poing |
---|---|---|---|
Infantry Platoon, with "change"* | $1.25 | 6 | $0.21 |
Infantry Platoon, straight** | $0.75 | 6 | $0.13 |
GEV | 1.90 | 6 | $0.32 |
HVY | 1.90 | 6 | $0.32 |
HWZ | 3.50 | 12 | $0.29 |
MSL | 1.90 | 6 | $0.32 |
SHVY | 4.50 | 12 | $0.38 |
Mark III | 12.00 | 100 | $0.12 |
Mark V | 16.00 | 150 | $0.11 |
*Since you need some bases with one or two figures to "make change", I calcluated four bases of three, two bases of two, and two bases of one, for a total of six strips ($3) and eight bases ($2) to field four platoons for $5, or $1.25 per platoon.
** Two strips and two bases for $1.50, or 75 cents per platoon. This assumes you're removing figures or marking casualties somehow.
Now we know why the Mark V became so common.
