Crusaders for Might and Magic

The Might And Magic series has been around for some time now some of the earlier instalments made their way to console systems never has one been made for only one system. Crusaders of Might and Magic takes the format of Tomb Raider, but don't let it fool you into thinking this will be alot of moving things. Although there are some dungeons with devious traps and barricades, expect a more traditional action RPG feel to the game with tons of weapons, armor, magic, and spells to choose from. Your character grows like it would in an RPG format game, with multiple level gains. Your character will also learn spells, gain abilities and become strogner as the game goes on.

The title's pedigree has given it a built-in depth in terms of monsters as well as the whole Might and Magic world. There will be five worlds, each with different levels and different quests. The action is non-linear so you can go back and forth between the levels as well as worlds. The variations in monsters won't just be superficial either, since they are unique in more than one way. This means they not only attack in different ways, but they also have disticnt magics and weapons. As in any good action/adventure game, there will be tons of characters to play as, and all advance the sotry.
Developer New World Computing is tring to make sure all of this is back up with some eye candy so expect plent of good visual magic effects. I'm hoping they can pull off something better than Eidos Interactice's god-awlful Deathtrap Dungeon.
