Well 989 Studios still messes up the Twisted Metal series, although this one is better than Twisted Metal 3. They tried to fix the annoying flip overs, but they didn't do a good job. The arenas are pretty crappy. There are some secerts in TM4 like the others. The worst thing is you can get stuck against a wall and not be able to move until some one shoots you also you can walk on the rear of the car while your nose points straight into the air. There are some really cool weapons in this installment, like some cool remote weapons. The levels are quite large. Really if you have played the other three there is no use playing this one.
