Her Personality

Aeris is kind and caring.. just don't get on her bad side! Despite her sunny disposition, she can have a fiery temper. (Example: During the date at Gold Saucer, mess up a lot during the play, and you'll see what happens!!) Aeris also has a quirky sense of humor (which you'll see during the Wall Market sequence.) She is very loyal and brave, and is of an ancient race known as the Cetra. Because of this, she has been hunted down by the Shinra all of her life. Despite all of that, she's still usually upbeat and cheerful.



Her Fighting Style

Aeris is better at magic and limit breaks than physical fighting. Though her regular attacks aren't among the strongest, she can be a deadly adversary if you make her mad. She is the best magic user and has some of the greatest limit breaks in the game. You may want to keep her in your back lines and load her down with materia, but I find keeping her in front and using her for magic *and* physical fighting perfectly adequate. (Once she has the Striking Staff, anyway.)



Her Relationships

Cloud: Aeris loves Cloud and always wants what's best for him. He's her bodyguard, and the person closest to Aeris in the game.

Red XIII: When they first met, Hojo wanted to try and *breed* Aeris and Red, so, needless to say, Aeris was pretty scared of Red. However, they soon became very close. Aeris loves paying attention to Red, she especially likes patting him on the nose.

Tifa:They get along very well, even though they both love Cloud. They're completely different- Tifa's better at physical fighting, Aeris is better at magic. Aeris is rather outspoken, and Tifa's kind of shy (around Cloud, anyway.). They're still good friends though.

Barret: He has a soft spot for Aeris, especially since she saved his daughter Marlene. Although he doesn't understand about her Ancient heritage, Aeris and Barret share a special bond.

Cait Sith: Even though he betrayed the teams trust, Aeris still cares about him and often defends him. He likes telling fortunes to her. I just wish that Aeris was still in the party when Cait Sith betrays the Shinra and proves his loyalty to Cloud and the others...

Cid: Cid really likes Aeris a lot, especially because she adores his Airship.

Yuffie: Aeris doesn't really trust Yuffie, but she still likes her. Yuffie kind of admires Aeris, even though the two aren't that close.

Vincent: Well, Vincent kind of keeps to himself, so he and Aeris never really had a chance to get to know each other. They still get along though.
