Meditate....remember a miserable time in your life. Let the painful
memories overtake you. Curl up in the fetal position and feel the painful time
in your life. Then, arise light your white candle & hold it high overhead.

darkness, there is light
In
death there is rebirth
In

feel energy & life returning to me

feel the power of the universe
And the power & love Mother Earth
Within

Pass the candle over your body and feel its power heal and protect you
& cleanse you while doing this chant.

This is a good time to perform magick, if desired. thank Mother Earth, thank the Spirits of North, East, South, West for their protection and release the circle.
Esbats are also known as the Full Moon Rites. These are to be done at
night, under the full moon, if possible.
Arrange the alter, cast the circle and call the four corners, as you
would with other rituals. Next gaze at the moon
and feel its energy infusing your body and chant:
