Receiving awards is always gratifying.  Receiving mine could be the start to many others. 
Don't worry about it either, it's not terribly challenging. 
Simply let me see your web site, and I'll judge weather it's worthy or not. 
If you've put a lot of effort into it, it'll show. 

Probably the best way to give me your address (for now), 
would be for you leave a message requesting the award, and the URL for your web site. 
You can leave the messages on my Message Board. 
Make sure you also leave some way for me to reply to you, preferably an email address. 

After reviewing your web site, upon approval you'll receive my response, 
and instructions for receiving your award. 
Note:  the size of the award you'll receive can be adjusted to suit you.
