Spending Limits

Our main playing room is Capulet Towers, a Casino/Hotel.  Each character has the following account to draw upon for Gambling in Capulat Towers.

1 dot   = $500
2 dots = $4,000
3 dots = $25,000
4 dots = $250,000
5 dots = $2,500,000
6 dots = $25,000,000
7 dots = $250,000,000
8 dots = $2,500,000,000

This equates to half of their liquidation value. (See Description of Resources in VtM Revised) A character can gain or lose Resource dots through Gambling.     For example, A character with Resources 5 has $2,500,000 with which to gamble.  If he loses it, then he will only have Resources 4.  Losing your allocated amount account will cause cash-flow problems (e.g., have to sell the Mansion, etc.)  On the other hand, if a character winnings raise his stake from $2,500,000 to $25,000,000, then he or she will gain Resources 6.

How to Gamble

For the main room only blackjack and the slots can be played...private poker games will be held on a regular basis. Also players may play and bet against each other...whatever game they choose in the PR SFbn VIP lounge WW

Blackjack- The dealer will roll two 13 sided dice for the players hand. 1's count as ACE's either one or eleven as the player prefers...and 11, 12, 13 count as ten, representing the Jack, Queen , KingTaking as many hits as they wish or until 'busting'.
If the player is satisfied with what he/she has the dealer then rolls two 10 sided dice...The dealer must stay at 17.
The person closet to '21' wins, if the player recieves 'blackjack' a combination of 21 from the first two cards they recieve one and a half times the bet...House wins all 'pushes' (ties). The game is then resolved with chips exchanging hands.

Poker- The dealer rolls five 13 sided dice for the players hand. The player then declaires their highest winning hand from these five cards. The dealer then rolls five 13 sided dice for the 'house's' hand. The highest poker hand then wins....
