Voodoo 1st Edition.

First I would like to introduce myself to each of you, My name is Chris. I will be hosting the Mage game for you guys now and I hope we can have some awesome Role Play. My style is unique, but I don't dare say my own, because I am sure there are other STs out there that use it as well, or something similar. Each Week, mostlikely on saturdays, I will send out "Voodoo" to each of you. This is the Mage Newsletter, which will have various details on different events, any sceduled RP sessions for that week, graphics, possibly excerpts of scenes that you all participate in, and various other things. Feel free to send qoutes, graphics, poetry, and anything else you would like to submit for the Newsletter. I feel having a connection as Players helps connect the characters much better.

Announcements

First, I must ask each one of you to send me your character sheets asap, and a background including a "wishlist". The wishlist is simply what you would like to see happen with your character, what his/her's goals are IC, etc. This is mainly a indepth storytelling tool for me, and does not promise that these things will actually happen exactly how you had asked, or even at all.

Next, I would like to set up a gamenight that at least 3/4 of you can make it to. This night can change each week, or remain the same, the choice is yours. I'd like to plan the first scheduled session for Wednsday at 9:00 est. I will need all of you to respond and let me know if you can make it or not. It is very important that each of you respond to this and future emails, no responses after a few weeks without a word, will result in removing you from the Mage Mailing List until you are heard from. This means you won't be informed of SLs or other events because I will assume you weren't interested if you never give me feedback.  Its as simple as just letting me know yes or no, this or that, and of course you will be notified several times before being removed from the mailing list. Again it only removes you from the Mailing List, not the chronicle itself. Please try to respond to my questions and requests when you can, and do not wait weeks for one topic. I'd like to have everything move smoothly and effectively, which I am sure you all do as well.

There will be a Mage SL starting as of the moment you recieve this email, so be on alert for posts, and various things happening in the rooms from here on out. If you would like to make sure you are in the SL, email me and let me know. I will make sure you are in the SL. If you don't want to have anything to do with it, email me and tell me that, and if you are indifferent to being in the SL, email me and let me know that. Being indifferent to the SL means you don't want to commit to the SL but you don't mind particapating in it when you can. By being indifferent or not wanting to be in the SL, you will not recieve emails or IMs involving the SL (examples would be an email for an invitation for a concert sent by the "bad guy" to lure you into a trap, or radio and TV shows such as News or other programs that may provide information.) My SLs tend to run for months, and become extremely detailed.

Events

I am sure you are all aware of the Mage Meeting at the Chantry tonight at 8:30pm.
Here is the link for the session: Arts and Entertainment - SFbNMage Chantry WW

Quote of the Week

"I would rather suffer damnation, then worship a god who tries to limit my imagination."
- Unknown, Taken from the Book Lost Qoutes.

Last Words

Any questions, concerns, rants, confusions, please email me or IM me with them. I will try my best to be able to help you in any way I can. Thank you, and I hope this is the beginning of an awesome game.
