Also known as the "king of RPGs", Final Fantasy VI is one of the rarest games on the Super NES/ Super Famicom. Great graphics and a good soundtrack mix to create a rich and colorful tapestry. A great story and unforgettable characters designed by the legendary Yoshituka Amano add to the experience. Also one of the most down-to-Earth games, this title deals with problems like suicide and teen pregnancy. Also, most of the more conusing elements are explained through small "semi-cinema" scenes.Elements of humor are also ever prevalant("Come on, Mr. Thou!") Unfortunately, this game has so many characters, that you'll probably spend little time building some of them, and the Floating Continent area is overly difficult. In conclusion, I give this game a 9.3 because even though it is the best of the best, it does fall short in one or two areas.
