Illusion of Gaia is a good RPG/Adventure(mostly RPG) that spans the globe. The story starts simply enough: a boy named Will(You can't change this name) is at school telling about what happened to his family. Eventually, Will's adventures will take him to the farthest reaches of the globe, from the Inca Ruins to the Nazca Plain. This game has a semi-good soundtrack, great graphics, a constantly twisting storyline that keeps you guessing until the end, and great gameplay. There is also a cast of unforgettable NPCs. Those who like games with a lot of towns will not be disappointed. There are about 11 towns in the game. Also, there is a hidden dungeon for those who manage to collect all 30 Red Jewels. Even with all of its good points, the game CAN tend to drag at times(Like the "Drifting" sections), and some of the areas are EXTREMELY difficult. Even with its flaws, this game is still great. I give it a 7.6 because Illusion of Gaia is a great game that, even though it's hard to find, it shouldn't be missed. |
