Destroy Vega's Base

You start with a small group of
infantry units that are moving south from the top edge of the map.
Have them target and kill the NOD infantry they see. While doing
this, three Orca Transports move in and deposit a pair of Titans and
an MCV for you. There's Tiberium on both sides of this location, so
it's excellent for a base. Get it going and build up your structures
quickly: Vega's base will be back online in twenty minutes with
backup generators.
While building your base, walk
your Titans around the area to destroy the SAM sites ringing your
base. When Vega gets his power back, these will go online and destroy
any aerial unit. Get a second Harvester working as soon as you can,
then spend your money on Component Towers, SAMs, Vulcan Cannons, and
lots of Titans. Build a couple of engineers and an APC when you get
the chance.
When you have a sizable force of
Titans, follow the dirt road directly south from your base. You draw
fire from a NOD artillery unit to your south. head for it,
eliminating all units you see on the way. Destroy the Laser Turret
guarding this small NOD base, and then take out any other defensive
structures and attack units. Bring in your engineers and claim the
Hand of NOD and the War Factory. Build some Tick Tanks and move them
up to help protect your main base.
What makes this scenario a little
more difficult than normal is that there is only one bridge across
the river, and the NOD forces will destroy it to prevent you from
crossing. They will repair it at times to send another attack at you,
but if you try to cross, they'll attempt to blow it up again. You
must wait until the bridge is repaired, then send across a large
force of Titans. Move them all off the bridge and suppress the NOD
troops and vehicles in the area. With the far side of the bridge
secured, you can move your units across freely. Approach the front of
the NOD base and have the Titans stand guard there, taking out any
NOD units that appear to head toward your base or any Harvesters that
pass by.
Back in your main base, keep
rolling out Titans and moving them up to the area in front of the NOD
base. Send a few north and wipe out the SAM sites here. While one
group of Titans guards the front of the base; send another group to
clear out the NOD structures. Because you've destroyed his economy,
Vega won't have a lot to throw at you. Eliminate everything you spot,
being careful to stay outside the range of artillery
units.
Keep gathering your forces, and
when you have a huge group of Titans, attack, taking out the
artillery, then the Lasers, then the Tick Tanks. Have the Titans
simple walk over any NOD infantry and destroy all the buildings you
can. An APC with engineers from your main base can make this process
faster, and you need them to grab Vega's Pyramid anyway.
When you have captured or
destroyed all the main structures, maneuver your Titan force in a
large radius around the Pyramid. Destroy the SAM sites you spot, as
well as any Lasers and artillery units. With the Pyramid in your
possession and the area secured, the mission ends in your
favor.
