Walkthrough:

You get 2 buggy's 2 cycles and 4 soldiers in the begin of the mission. Do not attack from the front of the base but go back and jou will see that there is a tunnel, shoot the units that are in front of it, and a orcabomber will bomb the tank at the other site of the tunnel. Go through the tunnel and shoot the soldiers that are located in a base at the end of the tunnel. Then shoot the trucks (see) and you will get a engineer and a few soldiers. Use the engineer to repair the brige at the other site of the base. And with the other 2 engineers you must take over the refinery and the hand of NOD. Now you have enough money to build a small army of soldiers. When you do not have any more money, sell your refinery and build more soldiers. Then cross the brige and attack the base, when the commander is free (see) take them the same way back and let the commander step into the plane (see) and your mission will be completed.
