Cyborg	650	The cyborg is not a very powerfull unit, but they are strong in groups and they can heal in tiberium.

Walkthrough:

In this mission, it's very important that you build a good defence on the west-side of your base, but also at the south of your base. It seems that nothing can attack from the east, but the GDI will come with amfibian APC's. It's also important to build two tiberian refinery's. Because the GDI will keep coming with units, so you must have a good defence to stop it and defence = money. When you are strong enough and have destoyed the base to the south, you should destroy the bridge. The bridge is the only way for the GDI to attack you. And when you are ready and have a strong army (see), you can repair the bridge with an engineer. When jou have build an army that is strong enought to handle the base in the west, attack it. Your mission will then be completed.
