Zealot Rush tactic. A effective, non-expensive, protoss tactic would be the classic Zealot rush. Pretty simple. What I would usually do would be to first train at least two more probes than what you would start out with. I would warp in a pylon by the enterance(s) of my base. Train one or two more probes and then wait intill I have about 250 minerals. Then I would warp in a gateway on one side of the pylon and then (by this you should have enough minerals to build another) warp in another gateway on the other side of the pylon. While they're warping in, I would start training probes one at a time and send them to mine. I usually don't worry about gas this early in the game. When the gateways are finished, I would train two zealots at a time, when I get enough money. This is basicly what I do when I do Zealot Rushes, train zealots and probes. Watch your rescourses though, always take glance up at how many more men you can train. When I get enough probes on the minerals, I would then start building up the gas and upgrade my zealots. I start rushing when I get about 1 1/2 groups.
