Song: John Lennon - Beautiful Boy

So the other day I went to spend the night at my Dad's and I got to finish watching the Rush In Rio DVD. The next day my dad and step-mom left for Nashville in the morning, I'm just bumming around the house like usual, then around 8 my step-mom calls to tell my step-sister her grandpa just died. It was really sad, and I don't think I should really go into it. But yeah... though I didn't know him too well, it's still very very sad. Tonight I was over at my step-aunt's just trying to get a few things sorted out. The hospital people brought over TONs of food and other things, I helped myself to 5 servings of lasagna. The funeral is Monday (the same day summer band starts for the highs-choolers). *sigh*

Song: Yes - And You And I

So I found this cool little program call Samurize. It lets you customize a toolbar-type thing to have just about anything you want in it. It can show computer specs or have test links to just about any program you want, and have it display pictures. I've spent several hours trying to make somthing I like. Umm, what else. Watched the first half of Rush In Rio tonight. Cleaned my room up a little. I think that's about it for now

Song: Syd Barrett - Here I Go

It sucks when people move. This has been on my head for most of today. I can remember a few people from elementary school that have moved, and I still wish I knew them. The first person I can recall moving is Clark (Gibson I think). He lived about a block away, I wasn't very close friends with him, but one of other friends that moved a few years later was. After he moved Zack Balters moved to Texas. He was my best friend. He lived just down the street from my house, I was over at his house about as much I was in my house. We would roller blade outside, play hockey, and play some soccer too. A while after he moved he wrote me a letter with this really cool picture he drew on the back of it. I never wrote back... I still wish I would have... I'm not sure when but then Paul Livingston moved. He was another good friend. I went over to his everyday after school so his mom would babysit my sister and I. We watched a lot of TV and played in their backyard a lot. That's where I first tried to dig a hole to China. Later at Madison another friend moved, though we weren't as close as we used to have been in elementary school Mark Leon moved. He was realy fun to hang out with, we did lots of stuff, snowball fights, video games, and other various things. More people have moved since then, Jayme, Jacob, Shari, and I'm probably forgetting many others and that makes me feel bad. BUt it just sucks when people have to move. Of the people I listed above I only keep in touch with 3, the 3 last ones to move. And now college is coming close, it's like everyone is moving away. Though B'ville will still be out "home" everything will be different when we come back to visit. We'll all have met new people, changed, grown, and sorta replaced old friends. This summer I have already began to not to talk to people, I'm not sure why, I just don't like I used to.

I don't even want to know what it's like to move away from so many people like the people I have listed. I have never moved, but I'd assume it's really hard cope with.

Song: Ayreon - 2084

New background picture and a new title-like thing. I was just reading a few of my old entries, I'm glad I decided to save them all. My shoulders still really hurt but I think they are getting better.

This Ayreon 2-CD set I got is pretty cool. I need to sit and listen to the lyrics of it sometime though.

Song: Red Hot Chili Peppers - Otherside

I don't know how to describe this Laffy Taffy joke, but I have to share it.

When does Christmas come before Thanksgiving?

In the Diction-ary.

Song: Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young - Ohio

I've been updating less and less recently. Not a whole lot has been going on, and I've been staying up and not updating. Yesterday and the day before I was at Copan camping, swimming, and jet skiing. I didn't jet ski much, I just didn't want to. While swimming I got burned though. My shoulders really hurt last night when I tried to sleep. Which also reminds me, I got about 13 hours of sleep last night- I was asleep before 9.

A few days before going to Copan, there was another LAN party, it was much smaller than normal ones, but it was fun just the same. LAN invites are always welcomed. Not much else has been happening, I want to go to college, but the classes are scaring me right now.

This song is really cool, so is Our House by the same group. They are a pretty old group, classic rock is how I'd describe them. These songs are catchy and pleasent sounding. Ohio has been stuck in my head the past few days.

Song: Genesis - The Chamber of 32 Doors

Quite a few things have been going one recently. The other day was Spenser's surprise birthday party. IT was really fun. The food was good, the entertainment was good, and everything was great. Also yesterday (Friday) was fun. Went over to Mike's house and set up a little LAN and watched a few movies. Not much really exciting has been happening. I did find out that which dorm I'm staying at in OSU: Wentz. I did well on AP tests, though I didn't get any credit for English...

I hate not being able to sleep very well at night.

Song: The Eagles - Witchy Woman

I got some exercise today, twice. FedEx also delivered my CAT 5e cable and molex splitter, yay. Let's see, nothing else has been going on. Shari came over today and sold my mom a pizza cutter, she didn't eve did find out that In steal any of the cats. Also saw the solution to Paul's illusion he sent me. It was impossible to solve, the illusion was pretty stupid, oh well. I also saw a funny quote today in a forum, I thought it was pretty clever, "Much like women an LCD screen is coveted but too expensive." I thought it was pretty true, though I've never had a girlfriend or anything, I can assume. But I do have an LCD screen, and it sure was expensive (graduation present).

Song: Styx - Crystal Ball

It's been quite a while since my last update. Not much has been happening. The LAN party was fun, I may end up getting City of Heroes, though I detest pay-to-play games. Let's see, helped out again with a few computer difficulties. Made the Camping video into one large (170meg) file. Having a lot of problems with OSU e-mail stuff. Went swimming today it was really fun; it was the first time this year. My bug bites are almost gone, yay. Still haven't watched The Goonies all the way through yet.

Song: Explorer's Club - Last Call

The 4th of July was great. Tons of good fireworks. Several hundred dollars spent and used, but it was really cool. Near the end we had 14 mortars (artillery shells) going at once, with singles, doubles, and quads in random tubes. And a few people had bottle rocket wars. The two big things that my direct family brought were really cool too, One Bad Motha and Justice For All. After the family festivites were over went to Karl's and played some DDR. My legs are sore from that right now. Today is a LAN party so I won't be home, but I will have my cell phone. I guess that covers just about everything.

Song: Kansas - Dust in the Wind

Ok... yesterday was good except for about 2 hours which totally sucked. Bowling was fun, though I'm not a huge fan of. Got to see a few people I normally woudn't have this summer (Cherilyn and Kyle). The time soon after bowling was the not so fun part. Cool lightning though. After everything settled down, it was fine. But now I've got about 7 bites on each leg and probably won't be getting much sleep these next few days.

I'm sorry that everything happened as it did...
