Song: OSI - Horseshoes and B-52's
I'm in a mood for OSI since earlier today I found out they are in the process of making another album, yay. Let's see... made a new video yesterday. Just about everyone likes it, but the ending is controversial [Link]. Be warned about the ending again. I also took a nap today, it was quite nice, even though I don't condone naps. I think that's it.

Song: The Mars Volta - Frances The Mute
Just to get the fun part over with, here is another list of questions answered in the form of song titles.
Answer each prompt using only the title of songs all by the same group/band. (One song per prompt, only)
Name of the band/group you're using for this: Dream Theater
gender: The Silent Man
describe yourself: Solitary Shell
how some people feel about you: Misunderstood
describe your ex-boyfriend/girlfriend: *cough* Take the Time
describe your current boyfriend/girlfriend: *cough* Erotomania
describe your friends: Puppies on Acid
describe what you want to be: As I Am
describe how you live: Honor Thy Father
describe how you love: Under a Glass Moon
share a few words of wisdom: Only a Matter of Time
one thing you want to say to someone: Space-Dye Vest
It's the most fun to do the past/current girlfriend ones since I can put anything I want to. And there a few others that are perfect song titles that just need to be used somehow, like Puppies on Acid.
This weekend has been good. Went to OU to hang with them and my dad and sister. Had a good time, leanred a few things and got a few things. I grabbed the much wanted cheese curds from my sister's apartment-- so good. That's about it for now. Probably going to rent a movie tomorrow, just to get a Blockbuster card for once.

Song: Fates Warning - The Apparition
This is throwback entry to last year April 12th. Liz also reminded me of it with her Xanga entry a week or so ago.
Answer each prompt using only the title of songs all by the same group/band. (One song per prompt, only)
Name of the band/group you're using for this: Porcupine Tree
gender: Samuel Linton Dawson
describe yourself: A Smart Kid
how some people feel about you: Stranger by the Moment
describe your ex-boyfriend/girlfriend: *cough* Shesmovedon
describe your current boyfriend/girlfriend: *cough* Chloroform (Note: I couldn't resist using that)
describe your friends: Nostalgia Factory
describe what you want to be: Start of Something Beautiful
describe how you live: Cure for Optimism
describe how you love: Monuments Burn Into Moments
share a few words of wisdom: This Is No Rehersal
one thing you want to say to someone: The Moon Touches Your Shoulder
That took a lot longer than I thought it would. And many of them don't make much sense or fit me very well. I may do another one soon.

Song: Weezer - The Sweater Song (Acoustic)
Statics test went alright, tomorrow is java and I haven't studied for it at all; after this I'll probably make my sheet of notes. I'm nearly out of blank CD-Rs. Ok, nothing else to say tonight.

Song: Porcupine Tree - A Smart Kid
I've decided it's time to start counting down the days of school left, 13 as you can see above. Today was fun, hanging out with people always is. I got my java program done but didn't study enough for my statics test that I have tomorrow. That's what tomorrow is for. I'm not looking forward to my calc test I've got on Friday either; on the past few assignments I've gotten ~50%s. After this week is dead week which will be followed by finals, followed by summer/work.
Also this weekend I'm going to OU. My last trip before summer. I'll get to hangout with Sean, Mike, Rachel, and who knows who else. I also need to call Katie to make sure she'll be around, so I can pick up cheese curds! I also still need to call about CLEP tests, I don't think I'd be able to get one in this week, so I hope they do them during dead week (they should, right?). I'm done here.

Song: Rush - The Pass
Do you ever feel obligated to talk with someone, in person or online? I do just about everyday online, but I hardly ever talk to them. I feel like I should though for different reason for each person. Some it's because we've known each other forever, some it's because we haven't talked in a LONG time, and others just because it's been fun to chat with them. I'm usually not a conversation starter person. The whole "hey, what's up?" doesn't do much for me. It's bland and I like to have something to talk about before conversing. It's probably because I can be stubborn about things like that. Right now there are 5 people online that I'd like to chat with, but I'm not. No good reason to start, and with some we've just grown apart and things aren't like they used to be. Again, I'm stubborn. Most likely they aren't going to initiate the conversation, so I've got to and won't.
EDIT: Up above are also several reasons I don't IM many people. I'm a rather private person and don't just go and share all my daily happenings, I don't think people are all the interested.

Song: Victor Wooten - U Can't Hold No Groove
Yup, being a good ol hermit up in here. Watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off a while ago. It has stood the test of time/maturity. Unlike Dumb and Dumber. I used to hear how good and funny Dumb and Dumber was, but I think that kind of humor goes away after a while, I didn't find it to be that funny. Sure it had a few good parts, nothing near what I had heard though.
I looked a little into CLEP tests tonight. I'm going to take English and hopefully get out of Comp 1 and 2. I may also take Gov't. Also have a lab test tomorrow, I need to study a bit for that, calc and statics tests later in the week too. Only 3 weeks left of freshman year, I can really tell it's getting close.

Song: Ozric Tentacles - Og Ha Be
I'm turing into quite the slacker at this updating thing. Today was a bad day. No good reason for it either. I'm tired of college, people, homework, everything. I don't enjoy myself, I'm also kinda depressed. This weekend I'll probably hermit it up and listen to Porcupine Tree, Pink Floyd, and other such mood music. Excitining isn't it?

Song: Blind Guardian - A Past And Present (Orchestral)
May as well update while I'm thinking about it. Had a psych test today, I think I did pretty well on it, nothing to threaten my grade about. Been doing the normal school stuff, homework and such. Yesterday EZT.org was shut down it was sad. I'm going home this weekend and going to be lounging about doing mostly nothing. 4 more weeks of school. Room confimred to be 309 Bennet with Moser and the Chrisi (what's the plural of Chris?). I'm not sure how I feel about this coming summer but I know I'll like next semester better than this. One sided conversations are hard to keep going. Hmm, any other random statements? Gas prices are insane. Yum, Mission chips and cheese.

Song: Yes - City of Love
It's been a while since my last update, for once a few things have gone on. Today I spent most of the day in Norman hanging out with my Mom and older sister. Got to her and Jenny's living space, it's pretty nice. Also got Krispy Kreme doughnuts and shopped at the most awesome Hastings (I really should make a list of artists to look for next time I go south). While in Norman I had some cheese curds, but I was too full to eat many of them, I was supposed to bring some back with me but I totally forgot and am very saddened by this.
On to other happeneings. Last night I installed Chris' 10 day free trial of World of WarCraft, and what can I say other than it's quite addicting and fun; I wish I were playing it now, but I'm trying not to. Yesterday I had another Island Fire burger, this one had a lot more fire and about the same amount of island, it was good as well. Before all that I talked to my new advisor about classes for next semester, looks like I'll be taking a lot of programming, yay! I'll also be in linear algebra (my last required math class) and some upper division humanities or social class. Things are shaping up pretty nice for classes. I guess I'll end with that.
