Song: Peter Gabriel - Signal To Noise
I bought this CD because of this song and having not heard any of the others. It was worth it. I got it used so it was only $6.50. There are a few other songs that are good too.
I also owned myself today. You know how I had ordered a new hard drive, well, it got here today and I ordered the wrong kind. It connects to my computer in a way my motherboard doens't support. So now I have to buy a PCI card that will allow me to. There is another $15 for it.
Now it's time for something kinda funny. Last night as I was sleeping I had rolled over weird and was on my arm. So it fell asleep. I eventually woke up-- before my alarm. Of course I didn't know my arm was asleep at this time and as I rearranged my non-asleep arm. It rubbed against the one that's asleep, it being asleep didn't feel it, and my awake arm thought it was rubbing up against an arm that wasn't mine. I totally freaked out for a second. I was sleeping with an arm in my bed. Quickly I looked down and realized it was mine, and all was good again.

Song: The Decemberists - A Cautionary Song
I updated the layout yet again. Who knows how long it will be before the next change. Not much has been going on, still. Homework isn't bad yet, I should do some reading though. I need glue/clear tape.

Song: Porcupine Tree - Voyage 34: I
My computer is dying again so I finally ordered another hard drive, *sigh*. I shouldn't have anymore problems once it comes in though. It'll be nice to have a new install of Windows to adapt to me, I may ever try something new.
So far classes are fine, 2 down 1 to go for today. Books are also a lot cheaper than last year.
Yesterday Moser and I rearranged the room, we have a lot more space now, but I'm even more closed in that I was. My desk and my bed are closed in on almost all sides; it works though.
Oh, and rain sucks.

Song: The Pretenders - I Would Walk 500 Miles
So today consisted of more movies, pizza, halo 2, and visiting Jennifer. If you are looking for a movie to rent get either Sin City or Equilibrium, both action with good plots. I'm also accepting suggestions on movies to see, please no comedies along the lines of Life Aquatic, Waiting For Guffman, and Sideways; dry humor like that isn't my style.

Song: Rush - Test For Echo
We just finished watching American History X, so I decided to update this again. I also played Mega Man X again, today and yesterday. Beat it, without save states since I was actually playing on the SNES. Not much has been going on.

Song: Red Hot Chili Peppers - The Greeting Song
Updating may become more regular now that I'm at OSU again. Today was the first day of having the Blockbuster movie pass which allows us to have 2 movies rented at all times for a flat fee of $27 a month. The two movies we watched today were The Italian Job and Sideways. Go here to see what I thought of them. That site is also linked on the right side of this page for future use. And, yes, I do realize that the reviews of them are lame, no one is forcing you to read them. Before going to Blockbuster we stopped by Cowboy Book to get book prices so that I can compare them to those on Amazon since I'm cheap like that. Enough rambling, bye bye.

Song: Porcupine Tree - The Cross / Yellow Hedgerow Dreamscape
Well I'm all moved in now, the beds are finally bunked, and my desk is where it should be. The room is looking pretty good now; we may have pics up eventually. The living room looks pretty weird since the TV is in the middle of the room, but it works. It's good to be back.

Song: The Black Mages - Dancing Mad (Final Fantasy VI)
Yes, this is video game music, yes it is awesome, and even better it is arranged by the original writer Nobuo Uematsu; which to most of you is probably meaningless and that's ok too. Today was mostly uneventful except I got into a little bit of trouble at work, twice, for the same thing. Oh well I only have 4 more days of working there. All my roomates moved into our suite today, there are some pics I may upload later, it's looking pretty good. I have also found out why my computer freezes, sorta. It only happens when I start Azereus which is the program I used to download concerts. It sucks that that is the program causeing problems, I may be able to just use a different client, but I'm too lazy to try that at the moment.

Song: Blackfield - Summer
This past week has been pretty busy. I only worked for 2 days, and spent more than 24 hours in cars. Today I got back from a family reunion that was held in Burleson, which is just south of Fort Worth. It wasn't as boring as I thought it would be and only one person said "I remember you when you were this tall," while motioning with their hand to their waist level. Most of the people were somewhat familar; my uncle, aunt, immeditate cousins, and my grandma. But family after that was hard to recall. My oldest cousin, Steve, was fun to talk with. He was just as happy to be there as I was and we got along great-- oh, and I hadn't seen him for at least 11 years. All the food was good too. Many different meats, fruits, veggies, pies, cakes; I'm pretty sure I ate too much while I was there.
One more week to move in at OSU, and only 5 more days of work. I'm also going to head out to Copan one last time Friday evening, tell me if you are interested.
Joke of the day will be fixed soon.

Song: Simon and Garfunkel - The Boxer
Gigantour last night, not much else to say other than Dream Theater made it worth it. The 5 hour drive in the van that has poor A/C (better than none) and 3 hours of bands before hand (not all were bad). Oh and the $35 shirt. Only one more day of work this week then I go to a family reunion for the weekend, yay :-/. If I get around to it, more tomorrow.
