Song: Pink Floyd - The Wall - The Trial
Hmm, what can I say about today. Well, there's thiss; Moser and I have an agreement (just to test will power) there he won't cuss and that I won't say a few choice statements for a week, and after the week we'll see who can last the longest. So far I'm doing well. Oh! the big and sad news of the day is my Sea Monkeys are no more. Today I looked in the aquarium and there was only one left, I decided that we was sad and killed him :(. They had food and stuff, but their environment was pretty gross. I think I'm going to get a haircut in a few weeks, it's starting to bother me even though I do like it long. I think I'm dysthimic (I learned something in psych).

Song: Rush - The Trees
No homework today, that's one good thing about Mondays. I went outside today and played some basketball and tried to hit golf balls. Let's just say this was my second to try hitting them and leave it at that. In less than a week we "Spring forward" and lose an hour of sleep, no me gusta, but I do like that day will last a bit longer; just the other day I noticed the days were getting longer, olé. And yes, I did just make a mixed language sentence, what are you going to do about it!?!?

Song: Neal Morse - Reunion
I take back something I said earlier, Stillwater does have something to do, go to bars. One street I drove down was filled with them on both sides, probably about 10 (or so it seemed). So there is stuff to do, just not my kind of stuff. I just finished watching Happy Gilmore and a bit before that I watched The Princess Bride. I hadn't seen Happy Gilmore since a long time ago at Sean's house once. It has to be the best golf movie ever made, so many funny parts, and even a good plot. And of course The Princess Bride is a good one with a great story. But before all the movie watching I took a little trip to Sonic for a their new Island Fire burger. It was quite tastey, I didn't feel much fire with it, and even less island, I'll probably get another since it was so good.

Song: Fates Warning - Shelter Me
Last night was one of those nights. Tried going to sleep for about an hour, I finally did. Last night I went around Stillwater a bit, it reminds me a lot of B'ville. Nothing to do, so I went to Hastings and found a Fates Warning CD. When I got back I watched most of my Transatlantic DVD and have come to the conclusion We All Need Some Light is the best song ever. I'll probably finish the DVD today sometime after dinner.
Day to day I have nothing to look forward to.

Song: Porcupine Tree - The Start of Something Beautiful
It's the weekend for me now, on this cold day. Last night I couldn't get to sleep too many things were on my mind, but now I can't think of any that bothered me much. Things just kept going back and forth. Also watched the Camp Waginaki and Graduation videos I made last year. Good times. This weekend shall be pretty nice and boring. Lots of people are leaving to go home, the PS2 is missing the power cord, and I've got homework. The Sea Monkies are doing alright too, Spring Break was pretty hard on them. If gas wasn't so expensive I'd probably go drive around. Spending money that doesn't need to be spent bothers me. I guess I'll end with that.

Song: Mr. Bungle - Carry Stress In The Jaw
Statics test was today, went alright. I also downloaded a new program it's pretty nice if you're in need. It's called Avast! it's a free anti-virus program. Once I installed it I scanned and it found 4 things (trojans and viruses), so I uninstalled Norton. Goodbye Norton you served me pretty well this past year. Nothing else going on now.

Song: Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - Our House
A few things to say tonight. Mega64 has new videos out, the second Cold Fear video is great. A new background and link color change you can see. There is also a new "Entertaining Link" called What's That Song? In it you tell it a music artist/group and it makes a quiz game where it plays a clip of a song and you have 4 titles to choose from. I played it for about an hour one day, it's more fun with groups that have many albums out (Dream Theater, Yes, Pink Floyd, etc.) then there is Chroma Key, they had 9 songs total in the database, I got them all right but it said I missed one, since it expects 10 answers. Tomorrow (maybe not) when I'm not lazy I'll add links to rRootage and Noiz2sa, two really fun games. Last night had some crazy thunder going on. I know of at least 5 people that woke up from it, myself included. It even set some car alarms off. Crazy I tells ya. Yeah, that's it for tonight.

Song: Metallica - Dyers Eve
Break is totally offically over, it's Monday, a school day, a bad day just because of that. I didn't really do a whole lot today. Watched the Roast of Jeff Foxworthy, it was quite funny if I do say so. It's been a good day all in all.
3/20/05, 12:10AM
Song: Loreena McKennitt - Skellig
Spring Break is over, it's a normal weekend now. I'm back at OSU and it feels good to be back home. I took an unreasonably long time to unpack, but I also organized several things a bit (all my clothes, upper shelf of the closet, food, etc.). In doing that I found the yearbook signatures I gathered at the end of last year. After reading over them it's odd how many people wanted to stay in contact and hang out over the summer and neither of which happened. Too bad neither side put forth much effort... oh well, now is as good as time as any to start, right?
Back to Spring Break. It was pretty fun, hanging out with people and going to Copan for a few hours, eating real food-- breaks should come more often. There are only 7 more weeks of school and that's includeing dead week and finals. It's about time to change the layout of this.
Ahhh, home.

Song: Radiohead - Street Spirit
The past few days have been good, and will only get better with the lack of school work. The only thing left to do (that's planned as of now) is to go to the aquarium, and maybe the zoo, in Tulsa on Tuesday. It's nice to be home, family, space, not having to worry about finding parking, pets, home cooked food, and all that other good stuff. I do have to say I miss having my own computer, I'll live. Nothing else exiciting going on. We should hang out sometime, feel free to call (yes, that does apply to everyone that read this).
3/11/05, 12:20AM
Song: Pink Floyd - Us and Them
Again, I'm slacking, and next week will be even worse for updates, since I won't have my computer and will have to settle on the family ones. That's one thing I'm not looking forward to; Dells with AOL and MSN browsers. Anyway today I had two classes and two tests, Java and Phys. I think I did really well on the java, but in phys I got 12/20 correct (no partial credit all multi-choice), so that could have been better. Tomorrow I have my Calc 3 test, there isn't much to that as long as I pay attention to the problem and what I'm doing as I work it. Then there is statics, no test yet, but I just give up on my homework. It's too hard to figure out how to solve for 15 unknown reaction forces. It's not the first time I gave up either, all this week I've done one of the two assigned problems. I have motivation (shameless plug) problems.
Interlude fight with Chris.
Over the break I want to go to Copan for an afternoon/evening, let me know if you'd be interested, I'll be making a list.

Song: At the Drive-In - Skips on the Record
It's been a few days since an update from me. Not a whole lot has been going on. Today was a physics review over a 50 minute test, it took about 2 and a half hours for a proffessor-type person to go over it with us. This test is going to suck hardcore. Saturday I was in my room for like an hour, it was nice to get out and just wander the campus and listen to music. This coming break is more than welcomed.
3/5/05, 1:00AM
Song: Syd Barrett - Here I Go
Well I went out and bought Gran Turismo 4 today and have played it for a few hours (my current ride). I can only win in the Sunday Cup (the very first beginner tracks). And it's pointless to try on the other ones, the other cars gain too much speed over me on the straight aways. I've also realized a lot of the game is based on the controlling of the car more than the car itself. It's pretty crazy how much difference braking or not braking can make.
I've also found that I'm probably one of the most boring people around. As stated many times before I sit around doing a lot of nothing. Listening to music, playing games (every once in a while), sometimes leaving my room. Seemed just about everyone had something to do today except me, which is my fault, but I can still complain about it. SERENITY NOW.
3/4/05, 1:00AM
Song: Porcupine Tree - Linton Samual Dawson
Thrusdays always suck, I don't see how people can go and party on Thursdays. I don't really have to worry about that, not my kind of thing. This is just about my only time of free time, and it's only because my brain is fried so I'm on break. I didn't get back to my dorm until 4:30 or so this afternoon, and when I did I started statics, then I went to a psych test, then the MLRC for calc 3, then back here for more statics, then phys, then statics, and now I'm here. Physics has to be one the lamest classes ever, the teacher doesn't teach... at all. Statics is alright, but a lot of math and that means a lot of stupid errors to be made. Calc is ok, once you set the problem up and as long as you don't mind a problem taking up 10 lines. Good news is though, I think I did good one my psych test. I'm also out of paper, and I'll probably need some for tomorrow classes. I want easy classes again, like in high school. Procrastinating is bad.
Edit @ 1:45AM: I gave up on statics and am about to go to bed, finally.
3/2/05, 11:00PM
Song: The Advantage - Bubble Bobble (Shark Skeleton)
Wow, I'm a nerd, I almost put a ; at the end of the song line. The events of today included java program #4 which was annoying to understand, but I think I did everything correct. Also helped with some C++ tonight, it's nice to get some refreshers like that. I did some calc as well, worked on it for about and hour and 40 minutes, only getting about half-way done. Winamp has also been updated. Gran Turismo 4 sounds fun, I'll probably buy it.
3/1/05, 11:15PM
Song: The Mars Volta - L' Via L' Viaquez
I picked up the new Mars Volta album (Frances the Mute) today, on sale for $8 at Hastings. So far I like it, but not quite as much as De-Loused, but I've only listened to it through once. Same style as before, only with some songs in Spanish. Today I also decided to give up on my statics after an hour. I need to go in for help sometime. And if anyone is interesting in a G-Mail e-mail account let me know, I have lots of invites to give out. Two more weeks until Spring Break.
Edit: I've been listening to the album more, the song listed is rap/funk/spanish, it has to be awesome right? Anyway, this CD is awesome.
