(Red Hot) Chili Pepper & Tamale the Mole
Chili Pepper was a figment of my own imagination. I made her up to go with a character from the cartoon Strawberry Shortcake in Big Apple City. His name was Tamale the mole, and he just happened to show up at just the right time to help Strawberry and her new friend, Orange Blossom, out of a Pieman induced predicament. Tamale leaves Big Apple City to live with all of his new friends in Strawberry Land.
I used an Apple Dumplin' for this one. She has been *rerooted with flaming red hair, which I styled in two straight pig-tails. *The pig-tails are tied with two HANDPAINTED ribbons. (chili peppers is what ya see:) *Her outfit consists of a handmade shirt and lacy undies. The shirt is one of those 'bib' type shirts, that has ties on the sides. (it also has a closure in the back, for easy removing). *There are a few handpainted, and individually sewn on Hot Peppers, on the front of her shirt. *The undies are little white ones with a back seat filled with lace. *She wears booties made from original green and white striped tights, with lace along the top. *Her face has been repainted with cinnamon colored eyes, and lightly blushed cheeks. *Tamale has been sculpted from Sculpey, and so has his hat. *he has hand applied whiskers and hair. * His hat has pom poms around the brim. *He has a cloth ?? over his arm. (as in the cartoon)
