My Family |
Okay, now to do the dirty deed and post pictures of my immediate family on my website. Hehehe They are going to hate me for this, but I must share these with the rest of the world!! Don't hate me too much!! All the pictures featured here were taken at my eldest brothers wedding in October 1999. |

This is my step father, Mark, affectionately known as "STAD", boogeying to the music. |
This beautiful lady is Dorothy, the mother of the bride. |

THE TRIBE |
These are my brothers and sister and our Mum. From left to right they are Paul (28), Tanja (21), Mum (age not disclosed LOL), Marlon (31), and ME!!! |
My sister and I with Evelyn, Marlon's wife. She sings so beautiful. Love you, Ev!!! |
The father of the bride, Jerry, and my brother, Paul. Don't they just look like they are about to spilt the sides of their mouths from smiling too much?? Or burst at the seams!! |
Me (again!!), with my sister, Tanja, and her boyfriend, Tate. Photo was obviously taken after a few glasses (or was it bottles??) of wine!! |
My mum, me and little baby Torika Dorothy Forrester. This is my gorgeous niece, Marlon and Evelyn's first child, born on my birthday, April 15th. She was six months old |
This was my father, taken in 1991, I think. He died of a brain tumour in 1997. I still miss him. |

Alright, I can hear you saying "What the f*%k" already!! I'm sure you're asking "HOW?" So I'll unravel the mystery for you. All four of us children were adopted. That's right, none of us are blood kin. You can imagine how hard it was growing up trying to convince your mates at school that they really were your brothers!! But I think we all just thought it natural that we were brother and sister. I can't remember a time that I didn't know I was adopted....I don't remember the first time I ever heard that word. |
