The alliance victory was achieved with 71.3% of combined gold production, and 73.6% of the combined hexagons on Turn 34. A game where few stood against the many. Victory by those who claimed it was achieved through deception and cunning. Having R6 join enemy ranks and then commit treason and strike the enemy lead realm from within whtn the time was right. The enemy alliance of R9, R50, R13, R30, & R38 lead until the day of the great deception, but R1 had been strong from the start. A very satisfying & hard won victory. (Editor's note: I was there, was part of R1, R6 winning alliance but was forced to retire early (turn 32) though not without helping R1 & R6 move ahead.)
