Cammy White was once an assassin for the Shadowloo organization. She was captured after successfully (& brutally) killing a highly respected US Senator on foreign soil, and injuring numerous other Secret Service agents. She was taken to Interpol, and it was decided that she would be sent to the British division known as MI-6. Dropped unceremoniously at their doorstop and an amnesiac, Cammy was sent in by MI-6 to bring Bison down.

Cammy found many others like her, seeking to bring Bison down for his crimes. However, she found out about her past at a high price. With T. Hawk's help in infilitrating Shadowloo headquarters, she confronted Bison, whom revealed to her that the two were once lovers. In disbelief, she attacked Bison, whom sicced Vega on Cammy. Cammy barely survived, and with the help of Chun Li, escaped. She returned to MI-6 after Bison had been brought down by Ryu...
