Yun Lee, one of the "Twin Dragons" of Hong Kong. The Wind Gust Dragon, Yun is a cocky and sometimes reckless youth, unlike his brother, the always calm and collected Yang. Yang and Yun control many of the youth gangs in and around Shanghai. The two were raised by their uncle and trained in the martial arts by their grandfather, rumored to be the former assasin Gen, when their parents passed away hen they were only six months old. The two brothers are also reputed to have close ties to eight underworld bosses, their godfathers. With their help, Yun and yang are relied upon as the youth leaders and protectors for the city.

Yun entered the third to try and prove himself to the youth gangs, as there was always a bit of controversy over which brother was the true leader of the gangs. Yang also entered, secretly hoping to face his brother, and show Yun that he was not as good as he thought himself to be. And the two eventually met and fought each other, Yang barely edging out his brother in a fantastic match. However, Yang then faced the former champion Ryu, who dispatched him as well, but complemented him greatly on his performance, telling him that he has rarely seen such potential...and so the two brothers returned home, and continued to protect Shanghai as the leaders of the "young dragons".
