POKEMON PUZZLE LEAGUE

I just read the Nintendo Power August issue's Pak Watch on Pokemon Puzzle League, and it seems that this game is nothing but a remake of Tetris Attack (GB and SNES versions) with the Pokemon label on it.

For those who are don't know how to play Tetris Attack, basically you get pieces rising from the bottom of the stack, and you have to arrange them in horizontal or vertical 3-in-a-rows to clear them. Plan ahead for chains and combos and you could create junk blocks that turn into more pieces on your opponent's window. The object mostly is to make your opponent fill up to the top of the screen by sending junk blocks. Well-timed combinations and chains could lead to sometimes even instant wins. If you want to try this game now, just try the original Tetris Attack. I doubt much has changed.
