| What is there about this Zelda that compels Link to risk his life over and over to help her? I don't know either, but he must see it. Zelda is the Princess of all Hyrule also of Hylian descent. She is one of the seven wise ones that is said to have imprisoned Gannnon in the Dark World(learned in z64 and in a link to the past). She holds the triforce of wisdom with the dignity and grace of hyrulin nobility. A predecessor of hers (from a link to the past) helped another Link to rid all hyrule of Gannon the Dark King and return peace to the Golden Land. A predecessor of hers (Zelda 1 & 2) was also known to have divided the triforce into pieces to keep gannon at bay and was last heard of as being saved by Link from a magical slumber.
