This Klingon deck netted me a seat at the 1999 Veridian III Regional Championship. It is pretty speedy and was the only deck to defeat a Borg Q-Bypass deck at the Verdian III regional qualifier. It is built around destroying two Borg Cubes and passing a Barclay's Protomorphosis Disease. This deck suffers at the hands of Writ of Accountability but if you time it right you can still win with this deck. The trick is to destroy both cubes in the same turn.

Strategy:
The way this deck works is to report personnel for free at The Great Hall and play Kivas Fajo Collector to keep cards in hand. You get Q's Planet out with a Kurlan Naiskos as quickly as you can so your opponent can't seed dilemmas under it unless they have them in their draw deck. You are also looking for ways to boast a ship any of the four to 16 Weapons or higher. 16 weapons with Pulse Disruptor and a Kurlan Naiskos will get your weapons over the 48 needed to destroy a Borg Ship in one shot. Use a Ready Room Door to download Captain's Log, Commander and Tactical Colsole for this or use Quark's Isolinear Rods for 10 and 01. Once your have your shipped staffed and a Kurlan in play you can attempt your mission with a Borg Ship. Use Distortion of the Space/Time Continuum to get the other. Q2 is there to protect the Kurlan Naiskos. The Revolving Door in your Q's-Tent and the Wrong Door is to keep your opponent from an Intermix Ratio or Writ. Since RoA this is the tricky part. If an FCA Personnel is in play already I would hunt him down and kill him. If you think your opponent has a writ in his Tent close the tent with the Revolving door and protect it with the Q2s. This deck works if your opponent doesn't see it coming.
My dilemmas are not magical. The idea is to delay not necessarily stop your opponent. Any set of dilemmas to delay your opponent should work well. Use your favorites.
Qapla'!
