A while back I was looking over my Klingon cards looking for a new strategy to try out. At first I was having trouble but I kept coming back to a mission that I had seen used in a tournament I ran that a Klingon player kept breezing to completion. The card is of course Bat'leth Tournament. More more I thought about it the more I thought why not. So I proceeded to work on a deck that had this mission in multiple at its center and because of the abundance of Honor personnel I added to it the old Klingon Death Yell standby. After several iterations of use I settled on the following formula.
This deck has been affected by cards in The Trouble With Tribbles but I believe it is still viable. The trick will come in defending against new cards in The Trouble With Tribbles and dealing with Ferengi Infestation. Enhanced Premiere should help with Sons of Mogh and their combined cunning. At any rate I believe the biggest challange will come from Ferengi Speed decks. At any rate here it is for you to use in building your own version.
Seed Deck:
Missions:
Bat'leth Tournament x4
Wormhole Negotiations
Study "Hole in Space"
I have found that an opponent who hasn't seen this deck before will often seed Dal'Rok or The Sheliak/Q combo at your Empok Nor. Don't panic as I have found that I do not have to have Empok Nor by the time it is tripped and this deck eats these dilemmas for breakfast.
Dilemma Combos
Founder Secret + Chula: The Chandra + Q
Clan People + Chula: The Chandra + Q
Unscientific Method + Interphasic Plasma Creatures + Chula: The Dice

Shaka, When the Walls Fell + Dead End + Friendly Fire

Strategy:
The dilemmas are designed to delay your opponent. There are some unusually combos that I have found effective. When your opponent hits a Q, rush into personnel battle with him. He is not likly to have much of a chance.
Try to seed your Empok Nor close to where you want your Klingon Outpost even towards and end so that if you get the I.K.C. T'Ong you will not want to have it go very far. Also try to anticipate where you think your opponent has put a Dead End and seed the Sword of Kahless elsewhere.
Initiate personnel battle whenever possible. You will out class all affiliations with the exception of possibly the Jem'Hadar and then it will be pretty even.
Alter your seeded Assign Mission Specialists download based on your opponents seeding and strategy. If there is a dilemma under Empok Nor you will want to start with Atul and Gorath. Otherwise Kahless is a good start for Guest Quarters.
Be patient when commandeering Empok Nor. It is not crutial that you commandeer it early just that it gets commandeered. You need the weapons and the equipment more than specific personnel so wait until you are ready.
Equipment are your friends. It is important to have the Science Kit, Klingon PADD and Medical Kit with you for dilemma busting. The hand weapons do a lot for you as well. Some of the most popular dilemmas can be beaten with them in the hands of your Klingons.
After solving two Bat'leth Tournaments look for ways to kill Klingons for bonus points using Arbiter of Succession and Klingon Death Yells.
