Quest for the Current

tentative release date of the third Friday in November.

So, you wanna know what this album is going to be like?  Quest for the current will be released as another of the Kikwizard releases. I originally wanted to have this album be with both of my names, but upon further inspection of the material, and for sake of clarity I have decided it was best to go with my alter ego.  Perhaps the most notable thing will be the significant absense of hip-hop delivery vocals (gee, I wonder why).  The list of people who have or may collaborate on this one are:  Stephanie Smith (bass and voice), Tara McGeehan (keys and vocal), Dan Reynolds (guitar and percussion), Walshy (guitar and vocals), Lars Swanson (guitar and vocal  .  .yeah vox!), Cromley Legussa (vocal), Dave Campbell (vocal), Bob booey Gatto, Sir Sauce and possibly others.  for all you hagglers who are skeptical, theres an mp3 below.  Pirate this, bitchs!

Working Titles:

Judging from my past the first actual track on the cd will be some sort of deranged troposphere that I slap together. woah. So, when thats over, you'll have the first music song:

To and From and Back again the intro to the album will be a song that was recorded at the beach, featuring Lord Kraky, Captain Cromley, and Dave Campbell.  The song was described by Cromley as being very travelling wilburys-like.  Only you can decide for yourself.

Incky Suitte  formerly inky suite A remake of a very recent song. Normally, I wouldn't do something like this, but the timing was right. &nbps; After listening to this song several times, it gets on my nerves.  My apologies.

too cute

The second of the Steph songs will most likely be Bachinram Blues.  One part porn chat, one part porno; it really has nothing to do with porno. (Although it may sound like it is).

And to end the triumvirate of Steph songs will be Under the moon.  I won't reveal any more of this track.

as of yet, I'm not sure what song will come next, but somewhere in here are:

In Search of. . . with Lars is a heavy rocker tinged with some progressive moments and hooks.  And you will never!

The Fear of Emptiness formerly known as it is, is a very spooky and yet familiar song.

The track with Dan as I'm calling it.  is a rather progressive number that reminds me a little of earlier stuff I used to do.  It is an instrumental.

Yeah, I'm that cool.

And of course, I will reveal more details as I confirm them.  If everything comes together as I see it, this WILL be worth the wait.
