KT-P2 Koto
The Koto has been called "a Locust on steroids," and that
description is not far from the truth. Five tons heavier than
the Locust and equipped with state-of-the-art components,
the up-gunned version is a distinct improvement on the
original, thanks to Omnitech's ace design team.
"Kafka"
The first version of the Koto was named the Kafka for its
insectoid appearance. The original design was
abandoned because the proximity of the laser to the ammo
feed mechanism for the machine guns invariably led to
overheating and an ammo explosion.
[Editor's Notes: 1/2 ton overweight. Record sheet shows no ES or FFA.]
