Before I start writing about my life in the land of Doraak, I have to admit that I don't have a talent to write well as some people do. I spent most of time in learning battle skills rather than literacy. So please bare with my poor writing.

And also I will be writing my personal life story here, not the history of Doraak. So, there will be lots of historical events missing in this story. If you want to know about the history of Doraak, please visit Pendragon's homepage.

Well, where should I start.. Ok.. I want to start with the origin of my own name.

Story begins from the time when I was not aware of existance of the Edge of Darkness.

When I heard about the existance of new realms through internet, I decided to pay a visit to a couple of places. I named myself as Saint hoping that I could make a saintly character.

In the very first realm, I didn't even have a chance to learn how to communicate with others, because I was killed several time continuously by elders right after I entered the realm. They called me an annoying newbee and never gave me a chance to walk around. Maybe they didn't like new comers to the realm. So I had to move on to next realm.

In the next realm, I had some good time. I couldn't make many friends there, but I met this godly character named Indra. He showed up several times during my stay and he showed me around the realm. I was really overwelmed by his capability to run around the realm and to battle with monsters. While I was following him, I couldn't even have a chance to assist him. He massacred monsters uttering word I have never heard before. It was fantastic experience. My hands were shaking by excitement.

However, the realm was dying. I only managed to meet several people in a couple of months time. So I decided to move on to other realm. This time I knew that I was looknig for a new home, not a place for a casual visit. Also, I knew what was going to be my name. Indra. Indra Saint. The founder of the Saint family. *smirk* Now you know how I became Indra Saint. Well, then let me start with my edge life *smile*

I was born as a warrior with dull intelligent. :p When I opened my eyes for the first time, I found myself standing in an Inn. Later I found this place was called Rearing Lion Inn in Balchion Keep.

I found the Edge of Darkness by accident. So I didn't know anyone in the realm, which means I had no one who could help me to get me started. Also, as I told you I had a horrible memory of being slained by elders, so I was extremely cautious. I did not dare to ask for help to anyone...

I was just wondering around Balchion Keep very very quitely. On this very first day of my Edge life, I met a very kind and beautiful girl named Tieris. She said to me, 'Hi, are you new here?' with a smile. I replied, 'err.. yes..'. She offered me to show around. God, I was moved by her help. I tagged along with her and started my adventure. At this time, another wonderful lady, Maria approached us and offered help to guide us. She took us to Knewbie Castle. I and Tieris killed lots of dusty bunnies, statues etc. over there. Maria casted a protective spell and healing spell during our battle. After I managed to learn basic knowledge to survive in the realm, Maria left us. I also had to leave the realm. I came back to Lion Inn, and tried to rent, however, the receptionist refused to serve me. I had no idea what to do. Then Tieris taught me the first trick. She said, 'Hit yourself to go visible again. *smirk* ' Heh heh. Yeah, I did not even know if invisibility spell was casted on me. *hehehe*

I decided to settle down in the Edge of Darkness. My first aim was to get stronger enough to be capable of killing Bazzel, as he almost killed me once. *smirk* I was so weak to kill him. It was about time when I met my dear friend Janus. He just came to me and looked at me, then said 'You need better armor.' and he run up and down between Tahrenia and Torl and managed to get me my first set of steel armor. I never asked but he helped me. I really appreciated his help so I decided to serve newbees, just like Janus, when I grow up.

With my new armor, I was able to handle tougher mobs and could raise my level more easily. This is when I met Aginor. He was nortorious for pkilling, although I did not realize it until the time he was expelled from the edge. He just started to provide me with valuable help I ever got before. He said he was helping me just because he liked my name. *hehe.. think I was lucky? *smirk** He gave me some better eqs and guided me to the dock to the Skull Island. On the Skull Island, I was able to make more friends, such as Weirdhole, Moira, etc.. it is too sad that I forgot the names of other friends. Many of them were lost since then.. ( If any of my old friends read it, please remind me on the guest book.)

After I got back from the Skull Island, Aginor decided to teach me more advanced stuff because he saw me lost many items by flamers.. I was wondering where they have gone and why I was getting hit more often than before I went to the Skull Island. *smirk* So he taught me how to check condition of my equipment and how armor and weapon works. He also told me which equipment I had to try to obtain in order to be a great warrior. Since then Aginor always called me, 'hey, little one.. :)' and I did not dislike it.. as he was so kind and a great teacher to me.. *smile*

I had to work very hard to earn the money to buy my first adamantium armor set. I don't remember who it was I bought my first set of adamantium armor from. But anyway I was able to get them. Next armor set was blackiron armor and blackiron pitchfork for which I was called 'blackiron boy' for a while.

After I became mid level, I met one of my best friend in the realm, Wistan. Once I thought he was the ruler of Arctic, because he always took me to Arctic and killed troll etc. *giggle* Of course I was once killed by Frostbite and it did hurt a lot :). Since then Wistan kept helping me became one of my dearest friends.

My life in Doraak was not always filled with good memory. My first experience of being p-killed came along with Elin. I met her a couple of times and she was a nice lady. One day, she asked me to help her killing Mayor of Gurath. I was happy to help other people and never knew it would bring me a tragedy. She was watching me fighting Militia and when I got beaten up, she suddenly casted some evil spell on me and I was gone. She said she wanted couple of items I had. I can't belive those items were a wide iron ring and a Jartha spear *giggle*. She taught me a valuable lesson which is the fact that some edgers are greedy enough to kill others to get equipments they want.

After that I spent relatively peaceful life until I caught into dispute with Ineluki. From my vague memory, I recall it was Aragorn who was looted by Ineluki. Ineluki wanted ransom from Aragorn for returning his stuff back. Aragorn was short of fund, so I decided to lend him some money. When I met him at Harmony, Ineluki was there. I despised p-lifter or p-killer, so I spit over the shoulder. Heh heh , Ineluki didn't like it and started stalking me. So, I told him to grow up. I never knew he would bring Fate into this matter. I had never seen Fate before, but he decided to give this newbee(me) a lesson to respect elders, resulting in my second death by p-killer.

After spnding some time killing mobs all over the land of Doraak, I managed to become a Battlelord. After that Aginor suggested me to join the guild for more advantures. The ones I was told were the Path of Dragon and the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce was very secretive guild and not many people knew about it. And as I was a newbee after all, I tried to approach the Path and as Wistan was a member of the Path, he helped me to apply for the Path.

At this stage, I met another great person in the history of Doraak. Davyd Stormtree, the lord of the Continuum. I was attracted by his personality and capability. I just liked following around Davyd as he always took me to the place where I had never been. Several month later, Davyd recognized me as a possible candidate for the Continuum and offered me to apply for the membership. But I had to reject the offer for some time as my application for the Path was being processed. As a matter of fact, my application was accepted and I was waiting for the quest. However, it took so long to get my quest.

And during this waiting period, I was attracted by Davyd more and more and became his follower also started to be aware of the capability of the Continuum in exploring the realm. So I decided to join the Continuum, if the Path does not give me a quest in the next three months. Unfortunately, I did not get reply from the Path in time, so I applied for the Continuum and soon recieved my quest.

My quest was to solo a dragon called Jhokall, the Acidtongue which resides somewhere near Balchion Keep. Not knowing the location of this monster, I had some fun looking for it. Once, I mistook Cinge, the huge Red dragon in graveyard near Balchion, as Jhokall. I had batteled Cinge in a group before so I knew its location vaguely. That was a mistake. When I tried to enter the cave where Cinge reside. I was interupted by Stahr, the Lich and almost got killed. He even tracked me to Freindly Perch in Gurath so I had to to stay at the Inn for a while. *laugh*

But finally, I managed to find Jhokall at underwater, north of Balchion Keep and to kill it on my own with a couple of protective spells. I found it spit acid on me if it is disturbed *smirk*, but Jhokall didn't have a chance to survive before my mithril axe and large club made of bantesh leg bone. *smirk*

Handing over the key from Jhokall to Corigan, the co-leader of the Continuum, as a proof of my completion of the quest, I finally made my first entrance to the beach house where Continuum members rest their tired body. Alas, what a timing. As soon as I get into the guild house, the edge suffered one of the most severe crash in the history of doraak.

After coming back from long forced vacation, I seem to start a new life in the edge. My adventure gets serious more and more.. And story goes on ....
