Motives

Jeran is a character who is not easily pinned down under definitions. His own opinions, even of himself, vary a great deal. His main goal throughout existence is to develop a group of like souls in effort to stand alone independent of the world. So far he has developed several magickal contacts but little to build from. Recently he has been developing a system of magick to allow him to move beyond other mages. He has been intensely studying the processes of manifestation and thus is considerably aware as to how one can work in the shadows to influence what occurs in the light. His main focus of study recently has been the collective unconscious and his own revised pathways of manifestation model of manifesting reality. Lately he has been building on his model and creating an intricate web through what he calls the spheres of Memetics & Paradigma. Which are primarily of his own creation. He is also working to elevate his knowledge of the sphere of Time as well. Much more recently he started utilizing magickal aides to aid him in his endeavors. He has also enlisted a Pantheon of Gods to aid him in his cause promising to aid them in their own. To this he has formed a pact to which they all can benefit from eachother thus helping to pool their resources into a larger collective yet still having their unique individual forms and powers. Through his cabal he has been able to uncover greater amounts of information and has developed his own mythic threads through such interactions. One such development was the creation of a dream world he calls Prima Materia. The dream world is in itself a stable enviroment and is somewhat open to 'Outside' visitors under the obligation that they add to it a part of their own energy to maintain its stability. Jeran hasn't taken a great deal of advantage of this world except on occasion to meet spirits and to develop servitors as well as his magickal style. He has also utlized an area of the dreamworld as an Arena to test some Tulpas against eachother and to even go as far as to pit some of them against himself so that he can flesh out his own skills to a greater degree. Because of the complexity of his motives it is often quite difficult for outsiders to subvert them to their own ends totally for Jeran always seems capable of turning a bad deal into one that benefits himself in some way or another.
