1. Select Friendly match

2. Choose USA-Vancouver in the LEFT and International-Canada in RIGHT

3. Press CTRL+ALT+INS

4. Begin cheating with the cheat menu that just appaered

Secret teams:

1. Select Exit to DOS

2. While movie playing type XPLAY

3. The secret teams appear
