Reduce speed to minimum, and press F to Fix gun sights, then pause the game and type the following:

JS ARG S [ENTER]

JS ARG S [ENTER]

The cheat mode is now enabled. You can now press any of the following:

M (stop all enemies)

N (increase your points by 5000)

P (gain an extra missile)
