The tables for D&D take into consideration that races in D&D are also individual classes. Instead of using a single table for these, each racial class has its own table, with the saving throws fully delineated.
If the DM is using the optional rule (from the Rules Cyclopedia) that allows these classes to advance to 36th level, use the chart for humans instead. If the DM uses this rule, he might also want to give Dwarves and Halflings some sort of bonus against all magical attacks (say +2 or +3), to reflect their magically-resistant nature.
