In this tower the training of mages in the non-magical arts, is preformed. Reading, writing, bookmaking, scroll scribing, ink preperation, and the like all are taught here. The basics of spells are taught, as well as cantrips, and some non-damaging spells.

The instuctors are all higher level mages. The teach in return for access to the labs, and the library. The students spend much time here, going over the basics of spell use, as well as learning how to use all the trappenings for labratories, and spell research.
