Here is where most of the faculty and staff of The Wizard's Academy reside. Each teacher is given a, for the time period, large set of rooms, and access to the faculty labs. Herein is also where most of the Zander family reside. They use to upper most floors, with the exception of the top floor, which is devoted to High-Tech healing.
