Most thieves have lived out their lives on the streets, surviving by luck and
the special skills of their trade.  Many of these qualities can come in handy
in many situations, such as picking locks and finding traps.  Thieves are
often taken for granted, for their skills can be a great asset to a party,
despite the dishonorable reputation of their class.  Thieves can improve their
skills by using the practice command.
