Babette , or should I say Lytra finally notices our heroes from her vantage point in the sky near the cave entrance.
"Well with Pavek and Nipper gone our strength in dealing with 'M' is reduced."
The party looks over at Babette.
" How in the world is Babette is able to do that? She doesn't know any magic!"
" It appears that she has a help on her side. But I know that it isn't Violet Elf."
Morgan looked over to Gramps
" Do you think she can help?"
" I believe that we could use her aid, but first thing's first. We must find some way to get us to the cave."
" Look out it's the gargoyles! "
As soon as Tymekeeper said that, the flying monsters took notice of the group.
" Oh no, I knew that this might happen!"
Lytra was knocked out of the sky landing somewhere in a group of trees.
" The gargoyles got her, and they'r coming this way! "
" It's time to smash some gargoyle ugly's "
The group quickly assume battle formation. As they are prepared to fight a powerful white light appeared out of nowhere. Coming out of the light a female appears wearing a strange white and purple outfit with metallic properties as well as a winged helmet that is white in color as well comes on the scene.
" Who's that? Or should I say, what's that ?"
" Whoever it is, she's helping us out of this mess. Well it looks like were going to be in for a pretty good show."
Lytra distracts some of the gargoyles into fighting her. She utters "CYBERLYTE SWORD" as she battles the monsters. Using her Sword she defeats her gargoyles one by one. Until only one of them remained. Lytra smiled. This is too easy for her. She prepares to strike the last gargoyle.
"CYBERLYTE SWORD..LYTE WAVE!"
With that a small beam of light strikes the monster. It vanished without a trace. Lytra flew over to the group, grinning to herself. Torner stepped forward and addressed her.
"Well that takes care of that little problem. Now these guys are going to ask questions. I just hope that I can give 'em good answers." Lytra thought to herself.
"You have our thanks. Now that the gargoyles have been dealt with we got to find a way to get to that cave! By the way who are you?"
Lytra lands on the ground. She is slightly taller than Babette, and has darker blue eyes. The group notices this new fighter has the same red hair as the barmaid. The only appearent difference is that she has light blond streaks that can easily blend in with the rest of her long hair. Lytra steps forward, looking over at Torner.
" I'm Lytra, I was sent here to aid you in dealing with 'M'. I tracked you here. "
" well, Lytra. Is there a way to get across to that cave?"
" Oh, I can teleport you across."
She utters "LYTE TELEPORT". With that the entire group finds itself at the cave entrance. Rasor almost falls down becouse he is dizzy
" That seals it, She does have strong magic. Now we can get to 'M'."
The group enters the cave not knowing what will await them.
