These are some of the older programs I have worked on while learning basic years ago. Everything below is being provided as FREEWARE.  I don't even know how well these work, but you are welcome to download them.

The following files were compiled by David Stein. They came from the same source as the three files above.  They have been converted from basic to C, and he has been so kind as to include his source code and documentation.  With his permission, I have included his files here for download.

Werewolves and Wanderers You wander into, around, and hopefully out of an abandoned castle, picking up treasure and doing battle with the beasts that live there. Download
Aftermath of the Asimovian Disaster This game is pretty much an identical copy of Werewolves and Wanderers; the engine is the same, but the setting is different and it's slightly more difficult.  Download
Chateau Gaillard This game is the most complex of the  adventures. You stumble down a hole and end up in an underground ruins. The commands are of the common two-word variety, and it even recognizes abbreviations and synonyms. Download
