The Cresent Fighter is worse than the Zachit or any of the Strands fighters, but still is easily better than the humans', Voinians', and Emalgha's fighters. It is available at almost any Miranu shipyard and maybe some others too, I think. Here is what the game says about it:
While these fighters cannot match the speed of the Azdara, they are certainly highly agile and deadly effective in comparison to the fighters of more primitive races. Ships like this have been around almost forever in the Crescent, and every faction, including the Miranu, uses them or has access to them in one form or another.
