City of Ritchie

A picture of Ritchie. The city was named after a town name found on my then girlfriend Alyssa's driver's license. This city is a growing city. It is also an old city. I left it running without monitoring the city and without adding new parts. I returned to a city that needed police, schools, fire stations, hospitals, power plants, and water pumps. The bizarre thing is it still had plenty of money to build with.
