C-High let Lake know whats up. Cape's Boys track team defeated Lake Forest. Going into the meet it the coachs were worried it would be a close meet, but Cape came out with a big victory. Our team is now on the way to another undeafeted season and possible state title. We are currently ranked number 4 in the state by the papers, but we going to let them know whats up at states. Looking at the Division II banner in the gym I can just see a Division I up there from 2001.
